Telehealth Appointments: These are not bulk billed unless you are a pension card holder or a child under 16 years old. New patients are not eligible for telehealth appointments.

Missed Appointments: A $50.00 cancellation fee applies for all missed appointments.

New Appointments: All new patient consultations are not bulk billed.

All Appointments: If you have more than one medical concern you must book a Long Appointment.

If you have more than one medical concern, you will not be bulk billed.

Long appointments and appointments on weekends are not bulk billed.

We accept Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) & EFTPOS payments.
